Who says fresh flowers are only for summer? We’re bringing a burst of spring to the darkest days of winter with our brand new Winter Tulip Subscription — locally grown right here in Holladay… in our basement!
This past year, we’ve been quietly experimenting with hydroponic tulip growing, and the results have been nothing short of miraculous. Hundreds of cheerful blooms, grown without soil, cozied up under lights while the snow fell outside. Think of it as a secret indoor spring — and now, we’re sharing it with you.
Starting in late January and running through early March, you can enjoy 4 or 6 weeks of farm-fresh tulips, just when you need them most. Each week’s bouquet will feature specialty varieties you won’t find at the grocery store — unique colors, elegant forms, and that unmistakable scent of hope and new beginnings. Treat yourself or someone you love to fresh, locally grown tulips in the heart of winter!
The Fine Print –
Flower subscription pick-up days are Thursdays, from 3-6 p.m. They will be available in a cooler on the front porch. Just swing by and grab and go. No need to even ring the doorbell! All prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable. If you have to miss a week for any reason, we suggest gifting your bouquet to a friend or loved one. Bouquets not picked up during the predetermined time frame will be donated. If you have a conflict with a pick-up time a particular week, please contact me to make another arrangement.
Unforeseen circumstances –
Farming can be unpredictable despite the best of plans. There are many variables that can affect flower crops. If our harvest is affected for any reason, we have a local flower co-op and may occasionally source from other local growers. This ensures you will still get fresh, locally grown flowers for that week.
All start dates are contingent on the estimated growth rates We’ll send an email confirming the start date as it gets closer.
